The Words: Tolerance & Variety written in eternal ice...
In the Cold Hemisphere of the North Pole on the empty nomansland at the island of Sptsbergen
the following text was carved in the eternal ice of a gletsjer:
TOLERANCE & VARIETY
This wish for the future was executed by the Dutch sculptor
Walter Bartelings on special request of
Paul Donker Duyvis in 1996.
